As the panic sets in as we fast approach summer… and that awful question gets thrown around – “are you beach ready?” Arghh! Well this quick workout is sure to get you beac… scrap that, sure to get you “fitness ready”. Make goals performance related and aesthetic will follow.
- 30 secs on x 10 secs rest Battle Ropes
- 10 Shuttle Sprints
- Kettle Bell swings 30 secs on x 10 secs rest
- Squat jumps 30 secs. Repeat 6 times
- And 3 min Skip to finish.
