FAQs – what would you like to know?

Want to know if you too could get fit with Clift? Need to know more about his sessions?

Sessions are typically held in a gym space in West Hampstead, however sessions can be arranged for home visits, outdoors or in a private studio for a more intimate and perhaps less intimidating experience.
Each training session starts at 30 minutes minimum although I do recommend a 1 hour session. For sports related training programmes, anything more than 1 hour can be arranged.
I do offer one off sessions, but I would encourage on embarking on a programme of 12 sessions to reap the full benefits of training. It is important to know that session can be booked in blocks of 4, 8 and 12.
All training sessions are goal specific. So whether your aim is to get stronger, bulk up, lose weight or prepare for a sporting event, sessions and programmes will be tailored to this.
Group sessions can be arranged. Group bookings can be purchased in 4, 8, and 12 hourly sessions.
Simply; yes! It is advisable when booking to consider space where you would like us to train.
Typically my working day is between the hours of 6am – 9pm. However sessions outside these can be arranged where necessary.
