Hackney Half Marathon
So last weekend was a good one… I took part in the Hackney Fitness Festival half marathon. Was it planned? No. Did I train? No. Did it hurt? Absolutely. Now, ordinarily I would really advice against that sort of millage without any training so please don’t judge me. However, since doing the run it really help put into perspective how important sport specific training is. Find a sport, try and get faster, better and stronger at it and watch all the aesthetic based goals follow not to mention its fun!!!
