Through a hands on approach, goal specific programmes and progressive training, Rowan will help you reach and develop your goals. The aim is to understand the foundations of exercise and fitness, and build effective programmes appropriate to ability.
Rowan safely and progressively harnesses your strengths and challenges your weaknesses with his refreshing approach. Constant assessment measures progress, and tailored routines and nutrition plans ensure maximum impact.
Some need very technical and specific training, others just need a kick up the backside! Rowan believes that providing the right support and motivation is the most gratifying aspect of his profession: helping you progress on your personal journey.
Rowan can arrange studio or gym space in West Hampstead, or train in your preferred environment, wherever that may be in London.

“Health and fitness has always been a major part of my life from a very young age. I enjoyed competing at a high level in a range of sports, particularly football.
After graduating from University and embarking on my career as a personal trainer, I have worked with a wide range of clientele from absolute beginners to competitive athletes.”
